Quick Answers

You Might Be Wondering...

Do you actually respond to emails?
Yes! I read every single one. I respond to most within 48 hours. If you don't hear back within a week, I either missed it (sorry — resend!) or your email went to spam (also sorry — technology!).
Can you help me find a remote job?
I can't find a job for you, but I've built a lot of resources that can help. Start with the Find Remote Jobs page — it has reviewed job boards, scam warnings, and a search strategy. The Beginner Remote Jobs page has 30+ ideas with no experience required.
Do you take guest posts?
Not right now, but that might change. If you have a genuinely useful, original, non-AI-generated piece about remote work that fits the Biscuits & Bandwidth voice, you can pitch me. Fair warning: I'm picky.
Can I hire you for SEO or content work?
I take on select projects when the fit is right — usually SEO strategy, content marketing, or freelance writing for law firms and businesses. Send me an email with what you're looking for and I'll be honest about whether I'm the right person for it.
Why is the site called Biscuits & Bandwidth?
Because working from home is half comfort (biscuits, coffee, your own bathroom) and half technology (bandwidth, Slack, VPNs). Also, 'Remote Work Best Practices and Home Office Productivity Insights' is a terrible domain name.
Are you a real person or is this an AI site?
I'm real. I live in Andalusia, Alabama. I've been working from home for 20+ years. Every page on this site is written by me, a human, with real opinions and occasionally questionable biscuit takes. No AI-generated filler. Promise.

I Actually Want to Hear From You

Seriously. One of the best parts of running this site is the emails I get from people figuring out their own work-from-home setup — whether they just landed their first remote job, set up a home office in a closet, or finally found a chair that doesn't destroy their back.

If something on this site helped you, made you laugh, or made you think — tell me. It makes my day. And if something's wrong or missing, tell me that too.
